 At Northside Contracting, we will set up and facilitate meetings with Designers and Architects to ensure the best fit for your team’s vision and execution. In addition, we have excellent relationships with experienced firms and designers for projects of all specialties and sizes. 

Our team will conduct a site inspection of your potential space to determine any risks, issues, and unknown costs before you sign any lease agreements. 

Our team will introduce and bring on the mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers that we work with consistently to ensure the project is designed and completed to code in the most cost-effective way possible.

We will provide a budget based on an original layout plan supplied by the architect during the early stages. From here, our team can design the space following a budget that works for your business.
